The Finest Kind Cleaning accepts Mastercard, Visa, Cash or Personal Check.
All residential cleanings are on an hourly rate based on the amount of time (man hours) needed to complete your home. You will receive an estimate and quote with the minimum payment due for your cleaning prior to the date of first cleaning.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment is always due the day of your cleaning.
To pay by credit card:
We prefer to keep your credit card securely on file, the card will then be charged the day of your cleaning. An authorization form is available to set up the auto pay option.
If not, we will email you a link to pay your invoice online. Payment is due day of invoice.
A $35 late fee will be charged for nonpayment after 7 calendar days
If we have not received payments and you have an outstanding balance, we will cancel your next appointment. Once payment is received and balance is caught up, we can add you back onto the schedule. If we must cancel more than two (2) appointments for nonpayment, you may be removed from our regular schedule and placed back on our wait list.

Please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we best learn your home and its needs.
Cleanings can be scheduled monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or on an as needed basis. Residential cleanings are Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-3pm. During the summer months, we offer Saturday appointments for rental, Air Bnb, and VRBO turnovers as available. (Please note that if you are requesting monthly or as needed cleanings, we cannot necessarily guarantee the same specific date each month. We will always work together to find the best date and time to keep your home on schedule and on track.)
The cleaning team works between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday- Fridays. Prior to your cleaning appointments you will receive confirmation via text or email (depending on customer preference) with an arrival window/period. Time frames will be within a two (2) hour window of your cleaning. If you need a guaranteed time slot, please contact us to request the first appointment of the day. We also offer an automated system that will alert you via text when the team is on their way to your home. If you would like to sign up for this alert system, please contact email@example.com
We understand that illnesses or other issues may come up, resulting in you needing to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. We request that you provide us 24-hour notice when canceling a cleaning. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, a cancelation fee will be incurred.
The safety of our team is our #1 Priority. With weather conditions, we air on the side of caution. We will reschedule your cleaning to the closest available timeframe should snow, ice or any weather condition become a threat. Thank you for your understanding.
